Hello everyone! I am Ryan and I am a native of Wyoming, who has been living in Wisconsin since 2013. I am passionate about connecting with people from all walks of life and my calm, laid back personality is a skillset that helps make others feel at home when they interact with me.
I bring unique background in education, religion, and senior care to the table, which helps me be able to connect on many levels with people from all different backgrounds. I am a certified Grief Support Specialist from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. My passion is serving. I want to help serve those in my community who are struggling with the waves of life and feel like the current is dragging them deeper.
In my free time, I love spending time with my beautiful wife and our 5 kids. (Yes 5) I also coach high school varsity soccer, and love doing anything outdoors or attending Milwaukee Bucks games.

I am a passionate advocate and disruptive innovator dedicated to transforming the lives of those I support, believing that meaningful change begins with authentic connection and that human relationships are essential for growth and healing. My work focuses on creating shared spaces where individuals can engage in open dialogue and build supportive communities—environments of trust, understanding, and acceptance that empower people to take control of their futures. Leading from the heart is central to my approach, as I emphasize empathy, compassion, and honesty to foster a sense of belonging and purpose in those I serve. By guiding others with genuine care and belief in their potential, I help them break through barriers and discover new pathways to success, challenging traditional systems to open the door to inclusive, sustainable solutions in recovery, reentry, and personal development. My vision is to replace ineffective approaches with heart-led, people-centered models that prioritize connection and shared humanity, inspiring others to lead with authenticity and create ripple effects of positive change throughout communities.

Licensed Massage Therapist and Owner of Touch of Health and Wellness
As a licensed massage therapist specializing in medical massage, I’m passionate about helping clients heal and achieve their optimal well-being. My journey becoming a massage therapist began with my own personal experience working in a factory, where daily physical strain and injuries became a significant challenge. It was during this time I discovered the profound benefits of holistic healing, including Reiki, sound healing and reflexology.
I became certified in reflexology and sound healing. I am also a Reiki master, Shamanic healer and grief companion. These modalities, along with my therapeutic massage training, allow me to offer a comprehensive, individual approach to healing.
I founded Touch of Healing and Wellness with a mission to provide personalized treatments tailored to the unique needs of each client. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation, I am dedicated to offering therapeutic services that promote healing, wellness and balance.
When I'm not helping others find relief, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband and creating handmade soaps. I am also a proud mother, wife, and the mom of two fur babies.

Tina Haffeman
MEMBER
After she retired as a media specialist, Tina pulled her community of Oshkosh together to create a much needed homeless shelter — Day by Day. Later, after a period of grief and trauma she began to volunteer at LEAVEN—an emergency assistance entity that required meeting with persons in crisis to listen to their stories and provide resources. There Tina was fortunate enough to attend an eCPR training conducted by Ebb and Flow Cooperative founders Lynn McLaughlin and Karen Iverson-Riggers. Learning about best listening and connecting practices was life changing for her and she became a trainer in eCPR and also began to participate as a facilitator in Community Living Rooms. Tina is convinced that the work of genuinely helping people connect with each other and deal with difficult emotions while feeling supported and heard, is the most important work we can do in this life.

Lacey Heward
MEMBER / ADMIN / DESIGN
Hi! I'm Lacey, the one who maintains the websites and does the graphics for both the Community Living Room and Ebb & Flow Connections Cooperative. Landing this gig with Lynn and Karen was a dream come true, and it inspired me to get involved and do more. I'm a certified peer specialist for the state of Wisconsin, a certified life coach with the International Coaching Federation, and I am working on my Emotional CPR training with Karen & Lynn. These social fields have given me the soft skills to connect with people on a nonclinical, emotional, and human level and given me the platform to advocate for the mental health and well-being of people living with disabilities and chronic illnesses. I am a person who uses a wheelchair for ambulation and has undergone two kidney transplants. Phew! When not having authentic and in-depth convos with awesome people, I create graphics for my Etsy side hustle or outside with my husband and our 20 doggies, mountain biking, or writing songs with my guitar. My motto is: BRING IT ALL.
