The Missing Piece training will be virtual via Zoom from January 22 to 24, 8 am to noon daily. This training supports adults and youth in exploring their relationship with emotions, increasing their understanding of the biology of emotion, and identifying how they currently interact with their emotions and the emotions of others.

Boundaries are a topic that comes up regularly in our training, and how to set boundaries in emotional support work is highly misunderstood yet sought after. You will walk away having a greater understanding of what it means to “hold space” for yourself and others, when and how to hold boundaries for your own mental and emotional well-being, and how to balance what you need with the pervasive pop culture definition of what it means to be authentically you.

Virtual Emotional CPR
Emotional CPR is a public health education program that teaches people how to assist a person experiencing emotional crisis or distress. This 12-hour eCPR Practitioner Certification is held on Monday August 26, Tuesday August 27, and Wednesday August 28 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST each day on Zoom. There is a fee of $275 to attend this training; we also offer tiered pricing at $100 to help those with financial barriers. The Zoom link will be forwarded to you after your registration is complete. A Participant Manual is included with this training and will be mailed to you at the address you provide below.

Prevea emotional CPR
Emotional CPR is a public health education program that teaches people how to assist a person experiencing emotional crisis or distress. eCPR training is on Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST each day. The location for the training is Prevea Sheboygan Medical Office Building, 3113 Saemann Avenue, Sheboygan. Coffee and light pastries will be provided in the morning and a snack in the afternoon. Lunch will be on your own or feel free to bring one with you. The cost for the training is $275 which includes 12 hours of instruction, a participant manual and all other materials. A payment link will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration form.
